Quarto Miglio, Rome

This work was created over seven days at an old market square in the Quarto Miglio district of Rome. Once an abandoned market, the stalls have recently been renovated and life is returning to the piazza after the local municipality began working with Muro Museum to curate several walls. My contribution depicts many local references related to rejuvenation and life returning to this place including the nearby appia antica, fish mosaics, and Asclepius, the classical god associated with medicine and healing.
